Grand Prix of Belgium, Spa, Belgium

"The Driver's Favorite"
September 17, 2006

"SPA" the
mention of the word conjures up excitement and emotion.
The Grand Prix of Belgium is always one of the most dramatic of the
season. The stirring sound
of Formula One engines screaming through the Valley of the Ardennes.
The Spa-Francorchamps circuit is near the border of Belgium,
Germany and Holland and only 30 minutes drive from our hotel. Most drivers consider
this race their favorite with one of the most challenging corners in all
of Formula 1 – Eau Rouge!
Not just a Great Event-A Wonderful European
Vacation
The setting is beautiful and the facility is one of the last remaining true natural circuits with
part of the track utilizing a public highway.
The facilities around the garages, pits and paddock are quite compact and it
is easy to watch the action. Our
grandstand seats are in the most central locations with a great view of the
Big Screen TV. (Gold 2) directly at the bottom of
the downhill run to Eau Rouge. You see the cars as they exit the hairpin at
"La Source" and scream down the hill toward you to "Eau Rouge" (Gold
1) plus
great view of Big Screen TV or opposite the Pits (Gold 3). Only 50 minutes to the track for us each
day and we park 10 minutes walk from our seats and all the Vending and
Team Displays!
